ABVP released a list of corrupt Vice Chancellors in the national convention against corruption in New Delhi. In this list there are 25 corrupt vice chancellors enlisted. ABVP will release such a list of corrupt person in future also. This is the remarkable step of ABVP against the corruption in higher education field. ABVP is having documentary evidences regarding financial & administrative irregularities of these corrupt VC’s. Kamlakar Singh, the vice chancellor of Bhoj Open University, Madhya Pradesh is at the top of the released list. He has been booked under various cases under Indian Penal Code. ABVP was objected his appointment in that time. After filing the petition by ABVP’s former General Secretary Vishnudutt Sharma, the High court cancelled his appointment as VC. Afterward it is found that his both LLB & Ph. D. degrees are also fake. Arvind kumar the Vice Chancellor of Magadh University (Bihar) also get the proper place of this list. Patna High Courts declare their appointment as an illegal manner. Arvind Kumar is also absconding.
